19-21 October 2025, Kuching: SALCRA was honoured to welcome The Honourable Datuk Amar Professor Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Deputy Premier of Sarawak and Minister for Public Health, Housing and Local Government, to the M-FICORD booth during the INNOWASTE Exhibition 2025.

During the visit, The Honourable Datuk Amar Professor Dr. Sim shared on the current initiatives and potential of palm oil in the medical and pharmaceutical industries, encouraging ongoing collaboration and innovation within the sector.

Together with CRAUN Research Sdn. Bhd. and the Sago and Nipah Development Board (SNDB), SALCRA showcased several ongoing efforts in green technology and waste management, in support of the State’s sustainability agenda.
