18 August 2025, Saratok Region: Showcasing dedication and hands-on engagement! Over 30 staff from various HQ departments and units, led by Madam Jacinta Graley, Head of Agronomic, Sustainability, and Research Department, participated in the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and Loose Fruit Collection programme at Roban North Oil Palm Estate.
This second series provided HQ staff with further first-hand exposure to estate operations, allowing them to deepen their understanding of field processes and appreciate the dedication behind every harvest.

11 July 2025, Serian Region: In a strong show of unity and dedication, 33 staff members from 11 departments and units at SALCRA Headquarters took part in a hands-on Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and loose fruits collection programme at Kedup 1 Oil Palm Estate.
Led by Encik Vincent George, Team Leader of Group 7 from the General Administration and Quality Department, the initiative was part of an ongoing effort to strengthen collaboration and mutual understanding between HQ personnel and estate operations. The programme was jointly coordinated by the Human Resource Department and the Plantation Production Unit. Also present during the programme was the Plantation Advisor, Mr. Siang Mandaw, whose participation further demonstrated SALCRA’s commitment to fostering a collective and performance-oriented workforce culture.
The group was warmly received by Encik Baron Jonatan, Estate Manager of Kedup 1, whose support and smooth coordination helped ensure the success of the activity. This ground-level engagement is part of SALCRA’s broader strategy to enhance internal capacity, promote unity across departments, and build a deeper appreciation for estate-level challenges and operations.
