[quix id='448' name='FIELD IN ACTION – FFB AND LFC AT ROBAN NORTH OIL PALM ESTATE (Second Series 2025)']

18 August 2025, Saratok Region:  Showcasing dedication and hands-on engagement! Over 30 staff from various HQ departments and units, led by Madam Jacinta Graley, Head of Agronomic, Sustainability, and Research Department, participated in the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and Loose Fruit Collection programme at Roban North Oil Palm Estate.

This second series provided HQ staff with further first-hand exposure to estate operations, allowing them to deepen their understanding of field processes and appreciate the dedication behind every harvest.

Our sincere thanks to Encik Sugai Intan, Estate Manager of Roban North Oil Palm Estate, and his team, for their exceptional coordination, guidance, and hospitality, ensuring another successful programme.

The programme reflects SALCRA’s ongoing commitment to:

  • Enhancing cross-functional understanding between HQ and estate operations
  • Strengthening skills and operational knowledge through direct field exposure
  • Fostering pride, accountability, and shared achievement among all team members

To all participants, your contribution, enthusiasm, and active engagement have made a tangible difference. Together, we continue to uphold SALCRA’s motto: RESILIENT, SUSTAINABLE, AND PROFITABLE, delivering excellence in every action we take.

Proud of what we achieve when HQ and estate teams work collaboratively toward shared success.
