Majlis perasmian forum ini dengan jayanya telah disempurnakan oleh YBhg. Datu Sirai Anak Daha, Setiausaha Tetap Kementerian Industri Makanan, Komoditi dan Pembangunan Wilayah Sarawak (M-FICORD).  Forum ini menjadi medan penting yang menyatukan pekebun kecil, syarikat perladangan, agensi kerajaan dan institusi penyelidikan untuk membincangkan cabaran semasa serta peluang baharu dalam industri sawit.

Bersama-sama kita terus memperkukuh industri sawit demi pembangunan mampan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat luar bandar.

8 September 2025, Wisma SALCRA: The Integrity Unit of the Directorate successfully organised an Internal Audit Training Workshop under the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) project at Wisma SALCRA, Kota Samarahan.

Guided by consultant Ms Loo Pei Shean, the workshop brought together 22 dedicated officers from across departments, offering a valuable platform to share knowledge, enhance expertise and strengthen collaboration.

The training equipped participants with practical skills to plan, conduct, report and follow up on internal audits, while reinforcing compliance and advancing anti-bribery measures.

This initiative reflects SALCRA’s continued commitment to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability and ethical practice, ensuring that integrity remains central to the organisation’s progress and long-term success.

Well done to all participants for your enthusiasm and teamwork in making integrity a shared strength across SALCRA.

18 August 2025, Saratok Region:  Showcasing dedication and hands-on engagement! Over 30 staff from various HQ departments and units, led by Madam Jacinta Graley, Head of Agronomic, Sustainability, and Research Department, participated in the Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and Loose Fruit Collection programme at Roban North Oil Palm Estate.

This second series provided HQ staff with further first-hand exposure to estate operations, allowing them to deepen their understanding of field processes and appreciate the dedication behind every harvest.

Our sincere thanks to Encik Sugai Intan, Estate Manager of Roban North Oil Palm Estate, and his team, for their exceptional coordination, guidance, and hospitality, ensuring another successful programme.

The programme reflects SALCRA’s ongoing commitment to:

SALCRA AT AGROFEST 2025, SUBIS, MIRI

1–3 August 2025, Kompleks Sukan Daerah Subis, Miri: We, together with our subsidiaries Sarawak Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd. and SALCRA Jaya Sdn. Bhd., were pleased to take part in Agrofest 2025 at the Subis District Sports Complex, Miri. The event offered a valuable opportunity to share our products, services, and sustainable agricultural initiatives, while fostering connections with stakeholders across the agricultural sector.

Over the three days, our booth highlighted:
   •     Locally produced, high-quality fertilisers by Sarawak Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd., formulated to improve crop yields and enhance competitiveness.
   •     Premium seedlings by SALCRA Jaya Sdn. Bhd. to support plantation productivity.
   •     Ecomat, an environmentally friendly weed control solution by Serian Palm Oil Mill Sdn. Bhd.
   •     The SALCRA Land Development Model, which supports rural communities through sustainable oil palm development.

6 August 2025, Kota Samarahan: SALCRA continues to embrace its commitment to community care through meaningful programmes such as the blood donation drive.  These initiatives unite our staff and partners in the spirit of giving, while reinforcing our shared responsibility towards public wellbeing.

On 6 August 2025, we successfully held Round 2 of the SALCRA Blood Donation Drive 2025 at Wisma SALCRA. The event was organised by the Safety and Health Unit under the Directorate Department, in collaboration with the Jabatan Perkhidmatan Transfusi & Bank Darah, Hospital Umum Sarawak.

The presence of our General Manager, Tuan Joseph Blandoi, was deeply appreciated. His participation as a donor exemplified strong leadership and support for this life-saving cause, serving as a motivating force for others to contribute.

Programme Highlights:

  • Successful Donors: 76
  • Blood Group Contributions:

             A – 22 donors

             B – 22 donors

             AB – 5 donors

             O – 27 donors

Each donation was a heartfelt act of compassion, contributing to a greater cause. The commitment and unity shown by everyone involved truly reflect the resilience, care, and purpose that define the SALCRA spirit.

24 Julai 2025, Putrajaya: Delegasi SALCRA yang diketuai oleh Pengurus Besar, Tuan Joseph Blandoi, telah mengadakan kunjungan hormat ke Kementerian Kemajuan Desa dan Wilayah (KKDW) pada pagi ini di Putrajaya.

Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk memperkukuh hubungan kerja antara kedua-dua pihak serta membincangkan hala tuju pembangunan desa di bawah pelaksanaan Rancangan Malaysia yang sedang berjalan dan perancangan masa hadapan.

SALCRA merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan kepada YB Datuk Hajah Rubiah Binti Haji Wang, Timbalan Menteri Kemajuan Desa dan Wilayah, atas kesudian menerima kunjungan ini serta meluangkan masa untuk sesi perbincangan yang bermakna.

Ucapan terima kasih turut disampaikan kepada pegawai-pegawai KKDW yang terlibat atas kerjasama dan fasilitasi yang diberikan dalam menjayakan sesi ini.

15 Julai 2025, Kuching: SALCRA merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan terima kasih atas jemputan menyertai Hari Integriti dan Psikologi Peringkat Kementerian Industri Makanan, Komoditi dan Pembangunan Wilayah Sarawak (M-FICORD) 2025, yang telah berlangsung pada 15 Julai 2025 bertempat di Hotel Hilton, Kuching.

Majlis perasmian telah disempurnakan oleh Yang Berhormat Dato Sri Dr. Stephen Rundi Utom, Menteri Industri Makanan, Komoditi dan Pembangunan Wilayah Sarawak. Antara pengisian utama majlis ialah sesi menandatangani Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (IBR) dan bacaan Ikrar IBR yang diketuai oleh Setiausaha Tetap M-FICORD, Datu Sirai Daha, dan disaksikan oleh Timbalan Pesuruhjaya SPRM Sarawak, Encik Hasbilah bin Mohamad Salleh, bersama warga kerja kementerian serta jabatan dan agensi di bawahnya.

Seramai 20 orang warga SALCRA telah berpeluang menyertai program ini yang bukan sahaja menyemarakkan semangat integriti, tetapi juga memperkukuh jalinan kerjasama antara agensi di bawah naungan M-FICORD.

Program yang padat dengan pengisian bermakna ini turut menampilkan pameran bertemakan integriti dan psikologi, serta sesi ceramah inspiratif daripada wakil Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) dan Hospital Sentosa Kuching.

SALCRA komited untuk berganding bahu dengan M-FICORD dalam membina persekitaran kerja yang beretika, telus dan berdaya tahan demi memacu kemajuan organisasi serta meningkatkan mutu penyampaian perkhidmatan kepada rakyat.

Kami ingin merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan kepada Jawatankuasa Penganjur atas jemputan dan ruang yang diberikan kepada SALCRA untuk berkongsi peranan kami dalam pembangunan tanah serta memperkenalkan program-program kami kepada warga Saratok.

11 July 2025, Serian Region: In a strong show of unity and dedication, 33 staff members from 11 departments and units at SALCRA Headquarters took part in a hands-on Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) and loose fruits collection programme at Kedup 1 Oil Palm Estate.

Led by Encik Vincent George, Team Leader of Group 7 from the General Administration and Quality Department, the initiative was part of an ongoing effort to strengthen collaboration and mutual understanding between HQ personnel and estate operations. The programme was jointly coordinated by the Human Resource Department and the Plantation Production Unit. Also present during the programme was the Plantation Advisor, Mr. Siang Mandaw, whose participation further demonstrated SALCRA’s commitment to fostering a collective and performance-oriented workforce culture.

The group was warmly received by Encik Baron Jonatan, Estate Manager of Kedup 1, whose support and smooth coordination helped ensure the success of the activity. This ground-level engagement is part of SALCRA’s broader strategy to enhance internal capacity, promote unity across departments, and build a deeper appreciation for estate-level challenges and operations.

The initiative reflects SALCRA’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, guided by the principles of Resilience, Sustainability, and Profitability.
